The Cosumnes River Preserve is hosting a FREE informational
meeting about mountain lions on Tuesday evening,
December 19 from 6:00 to 7:30PM.

 

The community is invited to bring their questions and concerns.

• Researchers and scientists will give short presentations about mountain lion behavior and ecology, safety and conflict avoidance.

Featured speakers are Justin Dellinger, Senior Environmental Scientist with the CA Department of Fish & Wildlife and Lynn Cullens, Executive Director of the Mountain Lion Foundation.

• There will be lots of time for questions and discussion about North America’s largest native cat known as puma, cougar, and mountain lion.
