Experience the incredible world of moths and celebrate National Moth Week at the Cosumnes River Preserve Visitor Center from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Friday, July 25th. We’ll start the evening with a short presentation by California Naturalist, Jodi Pinder. Then we’ll spend the night learning about, viewing, and documenting our local moth populations using the sheet and black light method. We recommend you bring a headlamp/flashlight, phone/camera, and water. If you choose to wear bug spray, please apply before the event to keep our moth friends safe. Thank you!
