Join our Raptor Survey Team!
On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from March-September, our raptor survey volunteers go out onto their assigned routes to count and collect data on raptors.
Before the season starts, our Team Leader and Preserve Staff give a training on identifying raptors and collecting data. You’ll put what you learned to use all season and help us collect information on the raptors that call Cosumnes River Preserve home and the various types of habitat they frequent.
